A Wise Son

What a great God we serve! I just had the fantastic privilege of spending a couple of days with my wonderful wife and our three very special children. In the extreme busyness of all of our lives we made the time to laugh and carry-on as families do by simply celebrating the joy of being together. As we all parted ways, each of us heading back to our own forms of too much to do, Cindy and I took a moment to thank God for the wisdom of our children. We both are simply amazed that God has blessed them with wisdom even in the face of our lack of “good and proper” parenting skills; and for this blessing we are very thankful – even glad, as Proverbs 15:20 says, “A wise child makes a glad parent”. Find a moment to just laugh and share as family today. God will honor it and you will be blessed. Blessings
