This week we are kicking off a couple of new items that I have been working on while waiting for my passport to get renewed by the US Government. The first is a big one and I am hoping we can count on your support to help. We are raising funds through a virtual fundraising campaign. We have partnered up with Causevox to handle our donations to the fundraiser and hosting our page as well as the page of anyone who wants to partner with us to help raise funds for this campaign. The campaign is for a dining hall (fully furnished) to be built and a vehicle I can use as the onsite missionary to help with incoming teams, shopping for myself and the site as well as meeting with various ministry groups in different parts of the country. Another big item I will be starting up on my own is called Missionary Ramblings Podcast which I mentioned here a week ago. Basically I am sitting down with leaders in the mission and Christian communities and having a conversation about why we go, what is the best way to stay focused on God in a group of people who all have their own desires for the trips, how to help your full time missionaries, best types of fundraisers, and the list continues to grow.
